How much hope do I have to give to ANHosting?
ANHosting, are you listening to your customer screaming? Do you even announce any apology to your customer after all these service issues? How much hope do you expect your customer to give that to you?
The server was up for only 3 minutes. Now it's down again. If you have problem with your Datacenter, you should react quick and move forward fast. You should not let your customer sitting in the dark and felt hopeless.
Do you know that people's business is holding in your hand? If you don't want your customer host on you site in your datacenter, please say so on your web site.
